Returns/Exchanges

ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUESTS SHOULD BE SENT TO SALES@JAYSIMPORT.COM

Returns: When requesting a return authorization please note that once your order has shipped, all shipping and handling fees paid are non-refundable. Once your return request has been accepted, a return label will be sent to you, and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (shipping rates will be calculated based on location). No returns will be processed until the items are back to our warehouse.

Exchanges: Once the exchange request has been approved you will be emailed a return shipping label. Once the item being exchanged has been received back into the warehouse, we will then finalize the exchange and ship out the exchanged items.

Unauthorized Returns/Exchanges:

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized items. To avoid, this please contact sales@jaysimport.com to confirm that your return/exchange has been authorized before sending anything back.

If we receive any unauthorized items in your return/exchange the items will not be returned to you.
